Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Your satisfaction is as important to us as our commitment to sustainability.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization
We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
- Package and Ship
Please include all original packaging and tags. We encourage you to use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
- Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
- Refund Timeframe: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Body Care products (opened or used items)
- Breastfeeding accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened Cleaning & Dusting products
- Used Cloth Wipes
- Opened Dishwashing and Laundry Care products
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
